The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Havdypp.
When you place an order you accept the terms, conditions and our privacy and safety policy.


Delivery of products from Havdypp is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the products. The shipment of goods takes place with DAO or another delivery company. Delivery time is typically 1-5 days if the item is in stock in the store within Faroe Islands/Denmark and 10-15 days abroad. 
Reservations can have longer delivery times from the delivery company during busy periods. For trades under DKK 499 incl. VAT is subject to a shipping fee of 49, - in Faroe Islands/Denmark and 90,- abroad. Orders over 499, - incl. VAT is delivered free of charge without delivery fee.

We accept card payment, bank transfer and Paypal. We first ship your order when we can see your payment. All prices on the site are calculated in DKK (Danish kroner).
All prices at the web address are incl. VAT.

Right of complaint about product

The rules of the Purchase Act may apply to purchases of goods. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within one month after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs with receipt. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. All money is transferred back over a manual bank transfer.

Right of return of product

At havdypp, you have the right of return for 14 days. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received your item/s or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually. If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part in physical possession. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by email: In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. The consumer pays and is responsible for sending the products back in normal condition (See more under shipping and returns).

Has the item been damaged during shipping?

If the item has been damaged during shipping, you are obliged to report it to the shipping company on the same day as you receive the item, in order to be able to claim compensation for damaged product. The condition of the item when you send back you are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
