SHIPPING POLICY
All our prices incl. VAT.
Everything is delivered with DAO or any other currier: 49 kr. for deliveries in DK and FO and 90 kr. in the rest of the world. Please contact us for orders more than 5 kilos.
Free shipping on orders over 499 kr.

Shipping time is 3-5 business days (monday-friday) and 10-15 days in the rest of the world (monday-friday). We are closed on public holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If anything is wrong with the product, we need to know within the first 24 hours after you have received the product. Important: The shape and color of the soap is not valid as if there should be something wrong with the product because they are handmade and the natures colors make every soap be unique.

If you want to return a product, you need to do it within the first 14 days after receiving your order. When you return your product, you need to sent us an email with the order number, the product you wish to return and send it to our address in Denmark or Faroe Islands (include this in the e-mail). The payment of the return is paid by the costumer.
After receiving the product we will transfer back your money within 3 business days. We keep to right to keep the money until we have received the product and checked it.
