What's a Havdypp Retreat?
Our retreats are offered in Danish and English. All genders are welcome.
The basis of our retreats is a package of adventure, relaxation and community.
We include social activities in all programmes such as walks, day trip to Tórshavn, Havdypp (ocean dip) and time for spa, sauna & ice bath.
The specific retreats such as our Yoga & Explore Retreat or Hike & Explore Retreat have extra activities included in each programme. This information is listed under the section beneath.
Program
You will experience an all-inclusive program with everything beneath included.
The weather in Faroe Islands is an unpredictable friend therefore we don’t have a set program since the time of our activities can be changed depending on the weather conditions.
The retreat overall includes

4 nights in a shared room for 2 people (All genders are welcome. You will share a room with the same sex unless you wish for different and know each other) - We provide linen and 2 towels.

The retreat does not include

Return flights to the Faroe Islands

Transport to and from the retreat, but we are happy to help book a taxi. It costs approximately DKK 250 per person per way

Lunch in Tórshavn
*Meals: We serve a nutritious and varied diet based on fresh ingredients, which mainly consists of tasty salads, vegetables, home baked goods and hot dishes. We serve vegetarian food too.
Your investment
in yourself
Price for the retreat: DKK 7,900.
Registration is binding after the deposit of DKK 1,000 has been paid on the website.
You are then charged with 2 further installments of DKK 3450, 3 and 6 months after your registration. Less time between installments if registration is close to the start of the retreat.
