If you change your mind and want to return an item, you have to let us know by contacting us via stine@havdypp.com

You must return your order to us without further delay, and no later than 14 days after you have received your product and notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You pay the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. You are responsible for the risk of the item from the time of delivery. 

You can not return used items. 

Shape and colour is not seen as a damage of the product, since the products are handmade and natural. It is a part of the charm. 

 

The shipment of products is supported by DAO or another carrier.

Delivery time is typically 3-5 days (Denmark/Faroe Islands) and 10-15 days (Abroad) if the item is in stock. Expected delivery time is always confirmed by email shortly after the purchase on the website.

All currency is in DKK. For trades under DKK 499 incl. VAT there will be delievery fees. Orders over 499, - incl. VAT is delivered free of charge without delivery and a fee of 49, - in Danmark and Faroe Islands and 90,- outside these.

We offer delivery to Faroe and Danish households at the above freight price. Delivery of goods from Havdypp is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods.

If the package is damaged under delivery, you need to contact the carrier directly for obtaining a refund.
