1. Placing An Order

Thank you for choosing Havdypp! As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check all your details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information once it’s placed. 2. Order Processing

We work diligently to get your orders out as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 12:00 PM EST, it will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will start processing the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please note, processing times exclude weekends and Danish/Faroese Public Holidays. Also, we take a break between Christmas and New Year's Eve to recharge.

3. Tracking An Order

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to the closest pick-up place. 

4. Promotions & Discounts

We're thrilled to have you with us! Our welcome promotion is valid for one purchase only. Please remember that discount codes can only be used on full-price items and cannot be applied to sale items.

5. Taxes & Duties

Taxes will be calculated based on your total order value and the shipping destination. These will be displayed once you enter your shipping address if necessary.

6. Missing / Stolen Orders

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please email us at mail@havdypp.com. While we are not responsible for lost or missing packages with delivery confirmation, we recommend contacting the delivery company for assistance and a potential refund.
