Your personal data will therefore be processed by third parties following instructions from Havdypp. Data processors only process your personal data for the specific purposes for which the data was collected and based on the data processing agreements made between Havdypp and the data processor. We obligate all data processors to treat your personal data confidentiality and according to the applicable law.

WHEN DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA?

Some of these data processors, for example, Google Analytics by Google LLC and Facebook Inc., are established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, according to EU Data Protection Regulation Art. 45. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?

We store your information for five years from the end of the financial year to which the transaction relates, according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
