Who can join the retreats?
All genders are welcome to join our retreats. You will only be sharing a room with your same gender unless you are coming with a partner or friend and wish to stay together.
Can I get my own room?
Yes. It is possible to have your own room for an extra free of 1.200 DKK.
What activities are included in the retreats?
Our retreats offer a mix of adventure, relaxation, and community activities. This includes walks, day trips to Tórshavn, Havdypp (ocean dips), and time for spa, sauna, and ice baths.
What specific types of retreats do you offer?
We offer various themed retreats such as the Yoga & Explore Retreat and the Hike & Explore Retreat. Each type includes unique activities tailored to the theme.
How do I sign up for a retreat and what is the price?
You can sign up for a retreat through our website. Check the specific retreat page for details on availability and booking. The price is 7.900 DKK that you pay in 3 rates. The deposit is 1000 DKK.
What should I bring to a retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities, swimwear, and any personal items you may need. A detailed packing list will be provided 4 months prior to your retreat.
Are meals included in the retreat packages?
Yes, meals are included except for lunch when you are exploring Tórshavn. We provide healthy and delicious meals that cater to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions.
Do you offer transportation to the retreat location and where is it located?
Transportation is not included, but we provide detailed information on how to reach the retreat location. If you need assistance with transportation, please contact us.
